Maddaneen

 

Maddaneen is a witch who appeared in an old comic series of mine. She had so many design inconsistencies! She was likely inspired by Madeline (from Ludwig Bemelmans), and might also resemble Ptolemy from the Fairy Land Story. In 2017, I later decided to draw inspiration from Mahou Tsukai Sally, so she uses magic either by winking or swinging her arms. Her magical winks can lift light objects.

Youth Destroyers: Infight Kids' Revenge and Hyper Infight Kids: The Complete Tournament, as a Judgement Girl (as with Street Fighter III, a Judgement occurs when both players get a Time Over with the same amount of health left as each other)

Hyper Infight Kids: The Complete Tournament, in IK3 Konsuner's ending (Earlier versions, the ending where Konsuner himself gets defeated by Maz)
